  • We’re passionate about creating fun, safe, and memorable experiences for little ones! Our soft play setups are designed so every child can enjoy a fun-filled day they won’t forget. From clean, high-quality equipment to hassle-free setup and pack-down, we’re here to make your event stress-free and full of smiles.

  • To book, simply complete our online enquiry form with your event details. Your date will be secured once the $150 non-refundable deposit has been received within 24 hours, and we've provided written confirmation. We’ll then be in touch with all the final details!

  • All bookings include a standard 4-hour hire period, which does not include the time required for setup and pack-down. If you require additional hire time beyond the 4 hours, this can be arranged in advance and will incur an additional charge.

  • A $200 refundable bond is held to cover any minor damages or excessive cleaning needed. This amount will be fully refunded, provided all equipment is returned undamaged and in its original condition.

    You will be responsible for the full replacement cost in the event of partial/total equipment loss or damage.

  • Yes, we offer free delivery within 20km of the 2179 postcode. If your event location is outside this area, an additional delivery fee may apply. Any extra travel costs will be quoted at the time of booking based on distance and travel time.

  • If bad weather affects access, setup, or safety, we may need to cancel or reschedule your booking.

    We recommend keeping an eye on weather forecasts and having a backup indoor or sheltered option to ensure your event runs smoothly.

  • Cancellations are permitted; however, the refund amount depends on the notice given. Please see the refund policy below:

    • More than 7 days’ notice: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit

    • Between 3 and 7 days’ notice: 50% refund of the total cost

    • Less than 3 days’ notice: No refund; full payment applies

    Please note: the security bond will be refunded in all cases.

  • Our soft play equipment is designed for children aged 0–6 years only. Older children are not permitted for safety reasons.

  • Yes, active adult supervision is required at all times, following our safety ratio guidelines.
